WHO KNEW! UBER DRIVERS provide BACK-UP to AMBULANCE SERVICES in Canberra - I wonder if there is a KPI for this one Andrew Barr ACT Chief Minister? I didn’t know UBER drivers are trained health professionals - did you? Rachel Stephen-Smith MLA, Mark Parton MLA, David Pocock Talking Canberra 1206 2cc.

Now I’m wondering when UBER drivers will start opting-out of delivering acute patients to Emergency. What are the implications… time for some Risk Management perhaps?

Hopefully when people call for an ambulance they will not be told to get an UBER! Doctor’s advice if certain things happen to get ambulance to hospital.

Is the Care factor for people in their Seventies is Zero - Value for life also Zero?

Can you fix the current disgrace in aged care ?

The largest single investment in health infrastructure in the Territory’s history will be commencing soon, as we prepare for early works to start.

The Northside Hospital project will deliver more health care in Canberra’s north to support the Territory’s growing population and changing health needs into the future.

Early works will include establishing construction areas and site compounds, upgrading and relocating existing services and utilities, demolishing some existing buildings, constructing new parking areas and building a new childcare centre.

High school sweethearts Jason and Anthea met in regional NSW aged 16 and 17.
They married, moved to Canberra and welcomed two children.
Their simple, happy family life changed when Jason was diagnosed with MND eight years ago, at age 39.
When VAD became available in the ACT on 3 November, he was one of the first to apply.
Anthea said she is grateful her husband has the choice.

QUESTION: does this look like dignified end-of-life care Andrew Barr ACT Chief Minister, Rachel Stephen-Smith MLA, David Pocock, and Mark Parton MLA.

No room for the nurses to do their job, no room for bedside family vigil without great sadness and distress. Sleeping on the floor is an option - seriously! End of bed storage!

The nation’s capital health care is a disgrace and an embarrassment. Third world countries do better than this.

Fix your systems and you will save heaps of money. Your measures are wrong! - not working! Talk to the people who suffer at your hands. The mincing machine (that are actual human beings) is counting the wrong numbers as your performance sucks!
