agical day inspired by the greatest story teller of all time. Sweet ChariTea was created after a local mum of four and her generous friends in business decided to find a way to give back to the local community that had supported Kartika and her family in the wake of their own health crisis with her son Sebastian being diagnosed with a rare spinal cord tumour at age 3. His ongoing condition has seen him in and out of hospital between Canberra and Sydney for over 10 years. Now in its 5th year, this annual event is a decadent sit down High Tea with non-stop Entertainment including Singing, Dancing, Comedy, cuteness and Fashion. Each table is individually styled inspired by our beautiful event theme by the best party stylists in town. There will be a Live Auction, Raffles, Lucky Door Prizes, Best Dressed Prizes, Photo booth, Donut Wall, Tea Bar and exquisite theme inspired Art Exhibition by Canberra's Best Photographers, Artists and Creatives. Set in Canberra's Premium Function Venue The Abbey and hosted by the dashing Captain Spitfire. There's no better place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon than in the happiest place on earth!
