It was an absolute pleasure to attend the grand opening of Hunter & Barrel Canberra.
A while ago
Today was made even more special as we celebrated the award of some substantial contracts over an exceptional lunch with the team.
I was truly honoured not only to be invited, but also to be selected as one of the VIP guests to receive an inaugural set of Hunter & Barrel knives. It’s taken me a little while to finally collect my take-home set, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a real privilege to have a set at home as well as a dedicated set kept at the restaurant for my use, similar to the fantastic program at Meat & Wine Co.
Thank you to the entire Hunter & Barrel team for your outstanding hospitality, generosity, and the kind words. I sincerely appreciate the respect shown and the recognition. Congratulations once again on a fantastic opening. We look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you over great food and exceptional service.
