At Buddies we are proud to support the Go Pink campaign this June! Many of us know someone who has faced this journey, making it a cause that is close to our hearts. This month, we're especially cheering on our amazing support worker/receptionist Jodie, who is taking on the incredible challenge of walking 150kms to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer. We are so proud of her dedication to supporting such an important cause. This cause is especially very personal for Jodie as in 2023 she had to fight her own battle with breast cancer. To show our support, we'll be holding a Pink Day on the 18th of June were if Jodie has raised over $2000 our amazing People and Culture manager - Jane, will take the plunge and shave her head. We encourage everyone to wear pink, get involved and help us raise awareness for those affected by breast cancer. Together, we can make a difference, support vital research and stand with those impacted by breast cancer.
