💜 In Loving Memory of Our Beautiful Naomi 💜

Last Friday morning, our precious Naomi left this earth and went to be with her Heavenly Father.

She fought cancer with everything she had — almost three years the second time around — and faced every step of the journey with strength, grace, and unwavering faith. As her husband Matt so beautifully said, even in her hardest moments, Naomi radiated light and love. Her life was a testimony of gentle faith, fierce devotion, and a heart anchored in Jesus.

Everyone who ever knew Naomi loved her. She was love. She was an earth angel, and now heaven needed her as an angel up there.

Naomi will be missed so deeply by so many — her presence, her warmth, her laugh, her unwavering kindness….we all have so many beautiful memories of her that we will treasure always.

It has been so special to be able to actively do something for Naomi during her healing journey. It brought her hope. It gave her joy hearing our stories, and comfort in knowing that people all over the world were loving her, supporting her, and holding her close in their hearts.

We love you, Nomi. Thank you for the light you brought into this world. You will always be with us. 💫

Kindness and community spirit like this is never wasted — it creates ripples that go on and on. We felt so cared for and connected because of you.

To every single person who bought a raffle ticket, shared our posts, sent a kind message, donated, or simply believed in our cause — you are part of this. Your kindness has made a real difference.

On Saturday night, John and I did the sums… and we cried. Together, so far, we’ve raised close to $18,000 to help Naomi with her cancer treatments, healing equipment, and other expenses.

It’s honestly incredible.

Wow — what an incredible three days! 🤩

John and I are absolutely thrilled (and a little sore!) after completing the Great Wheelbarrow Race 2025 as the duo team Hope Haulers. This race was never going to be easy, but what a ride it was.

With John carrying a lower back injury just a month out, and me (Kylie) managing an ongoing Achilles ni**le — plus a car accident the day before the race — let’s just say the odds weren’t exactly stacked in our favour. But we kept moving…

There were hills, there were mountain ranges, there were roadkill smells that honestly took our breath away. There was running on tired, burning legs… but there was never any question about why we were doing it.

We ran for Naomi. 🩷
�And with every step, every ache, every push — we carried her in our hearts.

A massive, heartfelt thank you to our incredible support crew on the bus — Kev, John H, Kellie and Bonnie. Your gentle encouragement, quick laughs, and steady presence made all the difference.

And to our ground crew Mark — who travelled between towns, set up and packed down camp each day, and kept us fed and supported — we honestly could not have done this without you.

John and I are both hobbling a little today and feeling the post-race fatigue, but what we feel even more is pride. Gratitude. And love.

This journey — for Naomi, for hope, and for something bigger than ourselves — will stay with us always.
