PALM Seasonal Workers โ€“ Filling the Workforce Gap in Far North Queensland
PALM Seasonal Workers from the Pacific Islands provide an essential service to communities across Far North Queensland. With ongoing workforce shortages in many industries throughout Australia, these hardworking men and women are helping to fill critical labour gaps, particularly in agriculture, hospitality, and regional industries.
Their contribution not only supports local businesses and the economy but also strengthens cultural connections and community spirit. We are grateful for the dedication, commitment, and resilience of our Pacific Island workers who play such an important role in keeping our industries and communities thriving.
Thank you to all PALM Scheme workers for the valuable work you do in Far North Queensland and across Australia.
