We’re currently looking for a Support Workers to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about supporting people to live more independent and meaningful lives through holistic, person-centred care and effective communication.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞:

- Supporting participants in the community and/or centre-based settings

- Assisting with daily activities, routines, and personal goals

- Providing holistic, person-centred care and effective communication tailored to individual needs

- Building positive, respectful relationships

- Working as part of a supportive, values-driven team

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach
- A genuine desire to support and empower others
- Experience is great, but the right attitude matters most
