Most people think arthritis and joint discomfort are simply a result of ageing or "๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ."

But what if the real issue is happening much deeper?

I'm currently halfway through my Fast Like a Girl certification and every week I'm discovering new insights into women's health, fasting, hormones, metabolism, and healthy aging.

One of the most important lessons?

Women are not designed to follow the same health strategies as men.

Our hormones change throughout the month, influencing everything from blood sugar regulation and metabolism to energy, cravings, mood, recovery, and fasting tolerance.

What works beautifully during one phase of the cycle may not be supportive during another.

Perhaps the biggest takeaway for me is this:

The body is incredibly intelligent.

When we provide the right conditions through nourishment, movement, stress management, quality sleep, gut health, and metabolic flexibility, the body often knows exactly how to respond.
