Oh my!! Look at this baby photo! Back story.... Dance was always my passion but a thirst for knowledge on how the body worked and what could be achieved also excited me. So here I am as an aerobics instructor in the fabulous 90's. This choice to pursue fitness wasn't about then, it was (is) about now. Being older and being strong was my motivation. Finding something that gives you joy, has purpose & is sustainable is key. Its never too late to start moving, see you Sunday!
