Hello, everyone in the UC DEVS community I am excited to announce our latest event called GitHub & Java Workshop, which will take place this Friday the 15th of September in Room 1C33 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Room 1C33 is on the second floor of the UC refectory next to UCX.

Join us and learn how to use GitHub & Java to make a simple game with others collaboratively. This skill will be highly valuable not just to you for Uni but also when you get into Industry and start a career in any form of software development.

Helle, everyone this Friday the 8th of September we will be hosting the second part of the Python workshop we had three weeks ago. We'll be looking at lists, looping through lists, classes and using libraries while trying to solve a coding challenge.

It will be in Room 11A45 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm

Hello, everyone in the UC DEVS community!

Exciting news – we're back with another event! Following up on our last Processing Java Workshop, we're introducing the 'Intro to Processing Android Workshop'. Save the date: for Friday, September 1st, in room 11A45.

Ever wanted to run your Processing Java programs on an Android device? In this workshop, we will show you how in 10 to 20 minutes, all you need is an Android device and a charging cable to connect to it. Don't worry if you do not have a device, as you can also work on your Processing Java. So come create your own Processing Android App – it's easier than you think!

No, worries if you missed our previous Java workshop – everyone's welcome. This is a chance to learn about Java programming.

Good evening everyone! We are happy to announce that this Thursday the 24th of August UC DEVS will be running an Introduction to Java workshop at room 11A45, focusing on the Processing library. Come by to learn Java from installation to a simple game.

React to this post if you plan on going, so we can plan accordingly.

Please Note: If you turn up after 6 pm the doors will be locked due to UC's auto lock feature for all doors. So please message into the Discord Server letting us know if you want to come into the building and we will open the door for you.
