All you need is an ABN and be able to register with Mable (we can help you do this) and you can work with flexibility around your lifestyle.

You can change your Home Care Package service provider if you feel your needs aren't being met.
Click on the link - https://www.health.gov.au/.../responsibilities/transferring

Appointments are free and confidential.

Find out the steps to transfer Home Care Package services from one approved provider to another. You need to do things like check for outstanding claims or refunds, make sure an outlet has been set up to receive referrals for the continuing service, and complete an application form.

A Home Care Package is allocated to a person over 65 (or 50 for First Nations) who needs support to stay in their home.
