We are incredibly proud to announce Aaila, our Monitoring, Evaluation and Communications Coordinator, as our Employee of the Year 2025.

Over the past three years at EC-West, Aaila has shown outstanding growth, dedication, and commitment. Her journey has been marked by continuous improvement, resilience and a clear drive to succeed, not just for herself but for the entire organisation. She consistently strives for excellence and sets a high standard in everything she does.

Aaila brings deadly skills, deep knowledge and a strong sense of purpose to her role. Her contributions to monitoring, evaluation and communications have strengthened our work, amplified our impact and supported better outcomes across EC-West. She approaches every challenge with professionalism, care and determination, always going above and beyond.

It is truly an honour to present this award to Aaila. This recognition is well-deserved and reflects the passion, effort and heart she brings to her work every day.
