Cooking Challenge time 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

You have a bbq and access to a kitchen but here is the catch - Its breakfast and whatever you make must NOT need cutlery to be eaten.

We are switching it up next outreach so please spread the word. Next Sunday will be our very first BBQ breakfast outreach - Same location - different time !

We would love to say thank you to Jaz XO for purchasing the bbq and Frances Lyons for kindly donating $200 which will go towards the gas bottle and ingredients for the outreach 💛🙏 This is a massive help thank you thank you thank you ladies 😊

UPDATE 🚨 The amazing Jaz XO has generously just bought us the BBQ pictured 💛💛 This means the world to us here at HaloDrop. Picture it now 📸 warm cuppas and bacon and egg rolls on a crisp morning 🌄 Kebabs and burgers for dinner 🍔🍢 Thank you so much 😊🙏

We have had some fantastic news 🎊 We have been approved by council to do BBQs once per month at our outreaches 👏🍖🍔🍢🥙
Unfortunately, we don’t currently own a BBQ that is portable enough for easy transportation 🚗 If you or anyone you know would like to help HaloDrop out, we would greatly appreciate the support. This would also help cut our costs once per month by saving money on containers and the multiple ingredients needed to prepare 60 portions 😅
We found one with folding legs 🦵 which seems quite convenient for us 😀

I didnt get photos like I usually would but do have this short video of the meal we cooked doing its thing 😊 This was right at the beginning of the cook. This all sat and cooked for a good 2hrs thickening up before we portioned it out 👌

Such an amazing night 🌙 We cooked up 60 serves of Beef sausage casserole along with 60 cake slices, cold drinks, tea, coffee and the favourite milo 😊
Our lovely friend Amanda had clothes for everyone 💛
Mr Neil the bro had fresh fruitz, kit-kats and snacks for everyone 💛 we met a new friend who helped us set up and serve cold drinks 💛 we had the man himself Shane serving everyone up hot drinks, finding us a bin to use, getting the water running for everyone to wash their hands and an all round legend helping all night 💛 Let just name all of you legends shall I 😀
We had Mz Dee and Mr Steven in the kitchen with us as per normal absolutely killing it to make sure we get everything done on time and everything clean and shiny, they both helped at the outreach, Steven setting up and packing down and Dee helping to serve everyone 💛 My mum, Anne, who has not stopped helping this entire time, she carts around all of the equipment in her personal car, she spends all day helping us in the kitchen and also serving everyone at outreach 💛 its a long 12 hour day for the both of us 💛 The Ipswich Foodbarn for donating heaps of beanies to us for tonight and ingredients for our meal 💛
We handed out multiple blankets that Daniel and his family so kindly donated to us 💛and last but not least - the entire team at the Ipswich Show 💛 you have my utmost respect 🙏 your support for Halodropofficial has been amazing 👏 Thank you from all of us here at HaloDrop 💛

Thank you to everyone who attended our outreach and we hope you enjoyed the night as much as we did 😊
