Queensland Maori Netball Nation Assn Inc Queensland Maori Netball Nation Association We became Incorporated in November 2016.

Previously known as MNIQ, we are now Queensland Maori Netball Nation Association Incorporated (QMNNAI) aka Queensland Maori Netball Nation. QMNNAI is now a legal entity that must comply with the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 and the QMNNAI Constitution. QMNNAI are responsible for the selection of players to compete in representative teams for the 'Maori Nation' at the Annual Challenge

Of The Nation (COTN) Netball Carnival. Maori Representative Players trial and nominate for Social and Competitive teams in the following Age Categories: U13, U16, Opens and Masters (the minimum age is 11yrs). QMNNAI are also responsible for the recruitment of Coaches, Managers, Umpires and General Volunteers who are key to the success of our Representative Teams at COTN. We welcome and value your participation, support and contribution to the success of our Organisation and Community.

We have received notification that due to the weather forecast for the afternoon and evening the Event Steering Committe has made a decision to cancel the Cultural component of the Challenge of The Nations Tournament for 2025.

Please note we will be proceeding with the tournament tomorrow so please ensure you follow your communications forum for your team

Here is the weather info for tonight everyone's been waiting for.

Below info from Challenge of the Nations

Based on the weather forecast for this evening and for everyone's safety we have called off our Opening Ceremony for this evening.

Please find attached a new opening ceremony program for tomorrow morning.

I know everyone will have questions with our Cultural show and the rest of the program.

Thank you again for your patience while we make sure that everyone's safety for this evening is a priority.

Feel free to come down for your setup. We are still going till 8pm tonight. Drive safely.

As the Challenge of the Nations Netball Tournament fast approaches don't forget to check the draw attached and allocated areas for where Maoris will be set up.

This year we are supporting stalls so visit them to check out what they have.

Below is a list of merchandise available for purchase, please identify the size and our uniform convenor will review availability and respond. Please note you will need to pay for the uniforms in advance to secure the item.
