Living with a cognitive health condition means some days look a little different. But with Co.As.It.'s Queensland Community Support Scheme (QCSS) services in his corner, Daniel has the practical support he needs to keep doing what he loves most.

This year's theme - Together We Thrive - is a beautiful reminder that connection is one of the most powerful things we can do for our mental health. When life feels overwhelming, the small everyday moments of kindness, conversation and care truly make a difference. 💛

Here are a few simple tips for looking after your mental wellbeing:
🤝 Stay connected - reach out to a friend, neighbour or family member regularly
🚶 Get moving - even a gentle daily walk can lift your mood
😴 Rest well - good sleep is essential for mental wellbeing
🌸 Be kind to yourself - it is okay to take things one day at a time
