📅 WHEN: Tuesday 10th November 2026 and every Tuesday through to February 9th 2027! Runs for 14 weeks.
⌚ 10.30am-11.30am
📍 WHERE: Redcliffe Botanic Gardens, 20 Henzell St, Redcliffe QLD 4020 (Moreton Bay Region) Friends of Redcliffe Botanic Gardens - Volunteer Group
🧠 Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is a structured group program designed to support thinking skills, confidence and social connection suitable for people living with mild to moderate dementia and mild cognitive impairment.
📌 Sessions include conversation, activities and shared experiences in a relaxed, enjoyable and fun environment.

🌟 I am very excited to have Author of Eighty Years Without Dementia & The Gift of a Good Death, Lisa Twigg join me in delivering this great program in the Moreton Bay Region.

Next Wednesday 23rd September our Dementia Sharing Circle is on again.
💜This is a welcoming and supportive space for people living with dementia, their care partners and loved ones.💜

☕️Join us for a FREE dementia sharing circle, a welcoming and supportive space where people living with dementia, their care partners and loved ones can come together over a cuppa to:
• share stories and experiences
• connect with others on a similar journey
• build friendships
• offer and receive peer support and know you are not alone!
