After a very successful pilot last year, we’re thrilled to announce that our micro-credential with Australia, ‘Leading Education for Global Citizenship and Global Competence’, is now officially open for enrolment.
If you’re an early years, primary or secondary educator, this is an excellent opportunity to enhance your capacity to develop the next generation of globally savvy citizens.
Taking around 8 hours to complete, this self-paced online micro-credential will:
● enhance your understanding of educating for global competence and how it relates to the Australian Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework
● equip you with the resources, evidence-based practices and practitioner case studies you need to foster a culture of global citizenship in your school, centre or classroom
● develop your leadership potential in the field of education for global citizenship, which could assist with your future career goals.
In 2021, the pilot micro-credential attracted nearly 500 participants from across Australia, with many participants implementing the content into their practice.
Enrolment is $120, and upon successful completion you’ll receive a digital badge and recognition of your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours through a Certificate of Completion.
