Adelaide Recreation ๐๐ฝ
This week, our IYMP Adelaide students took part in a hands-on wellbeing and life skills activity at Helens Mini Worlds in Prospect โ designing and building their own terrariums.
Guided through the process, students selected their own jars, plants, and materials while learning how to care for their creations long-term.
Beyond the creativity, this activity also built practical skills, with each student working within a set budget and making thoughtful decisions along the way.
Experiences like this are what the Indigenous Youth Mobility Pathways Project is all about โ supporting young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to build independence, confidence, and real-life skills while away from home.
A great day of learning, creativity, and connection โ with something meaningful to take home and be proud of. ๐ฑ
