QRITC helps members, rural and regional industry, employers and enterprises address their workforce needs. We advocate for and provide services to help individual employers access learning opportunities for their workers. This includes:
• Identifying, developing and undertaking projects that support workforce development;
• Distributing information on workforce development to industry networks;
•

Providing data to government and industry on issues, needs and trends; and
• Identifying and creating opportunities for industry to co-operate to deliver workforces skills.
