Our staff go through an extensive selection process, that includes questionnaires, interviews and (if successful) one-on-one, on-the-job training by one of our team leaders. The aim of this is to create a quality core unit of staff who are in sync with our professional values. To us, effective promotion is about more than looking good and handing out flyers or merchandise. Communication is a key value. Our girls are down to earth, easy to work with, and can communicate effectively with individuals from any walk of life. We also celebrate diversity. While every girl will present herself professionally (and attractively) as required by your event, our staff come from a range of ethnic backgrounds and are each unique in their own right. Unlike many other promotions agencies, we don’t stick to raising publicity purely with our presence at your event. We go one step further.
