MND8 MND8 is about mandating man dates. We raise money through selling coffee and merchandise to fund free/low cost events for men to attend.

We then donate 25% of profits to mens mental health charities.

I recently took my son to the driving range. He was so determined to get a good drive, he didn't loose focus for a second and he SMASHED it. I was so proud of him in this moment.

Starting in 2026, I’ll be re-sharing posts that genuinely resonate with me. I’m kicking this off with the “8-Minute Rule.”

When I first came across this idea, it hit me hard. It stuck. Over time, it’s become something I live by, not just something I agree with.

Please don’t overlook people when they’re vulnerable. That unexpected call from a mate, a colleague, or a loved one might be more important than you realise. Sometimes the signs are subtle—a shift in tone, a change in behaviour. Other times, they’ll come right out and ask for help.

If you can, give them your time. Give them your attention. Eight minutes might not feel like much to you, but it could mean everything to them. The impact you have in that moment could be life-changing!.

Men can be victims of emotional control too.

It doesn’t always leave bruises — but constant criticism, isolation from friends and family, or being made to question your own memory can take a huge toll on mental health.

Too often, Aussie men stay silent, believing they need to “tough it out.” But no one should have to endure emotional control in a relationship.
