DCC Industry Group is seeking an experienced and values‑driven House Manager to support our residential youth programs. This role is ideal for a strong, trauma‑informed leader who is passionate about supporting young people and developing confident, capable teams.
Working closely with the Case Manager, you’ll support day‑to‑day program operations, provide on‑the‑floor guidance to young people, and help drive structure, consistency, and positive outcomes across the house.

About the role:
✔️ Lead day‑to‑day operations of a residential youth program
✔️ Support, mentor, and develop Youth Workers through supervision and coaching
✔️ Deliver staff inductions and assist with recruitment and interviews
✔️ Manage rostering to ensure effective staffing coverage

Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you’ll lead case management planning, support House Managers, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment for children and young people in Non‑Family Based Care.
