This is what St Thomas More College Food Technology School Officer, the incredible Jess, had to say about what it means to be involved with :

“For me, an organisation like The Tukka Project is not just an opportunity for our volunteer students to give back to the local community, to learn and develop skills, and to reflect on the value of helping those in need, it’s a game changer for those who don’t have access to something as simple as a nutritious lunch at school.

A nutritious meal is so important for powering little humans and I am thrilled to be able to be just a small part of this fantastic project.

We are so proud to be able to support young minds, and you can see it in the faces of our volunteer students each week. It is really something special.”

Tukka Shoutout Time!!
Every week, our mates over at The Butcher Shoppe generously donate the best quality ham to go in fresh bread rolls for kids who would otherwise go hungry at school. We’re so grateful for these legends 💚
