Good morning this is your reminder that Father’s Day is on Sunday. Have you got that gift yet? We will have a raffle with some beautiful gifts for dad,
and yummy cakes and delicious biscuits that you could give to Dad on his special day. We will be at the IGA car park in Boyanup from 7 am to 12 pm on Saturday, 5 September

So what did you do to brighten your day on this wet afternoon
I spent time in the kitchen with my favourite pot and pressure canner
I did pressure canned sweet potatoes
Caramelised Lime and ginger jam
And pickled fennel and oranges 
Can’t wait to try the jam and pickles to see if they will make it to our stall sales
