• Learners: Approved hi-vis vest or jacket required.
• L, P1 and P2: Approved gloves labelled EN 13594 required.
• Remember your helmet (essential), protective jacket, pants and boots.

Join thousands of riders on 15th March 2026 to kick start a national conversation around su***de prevention and depression. Register for one of our 2026 local 1 Dayers near you or our Virtual 1 Dayer and help Black Dog Ride break down barriers and start conversations that can save lives.

Can't join in on a Local 1 Dayer? Then all you have to do is register and ride where you want on Sunday 15th March to help raise awareness of mental health and su***de prevention. You can ride on your own or with a group of friends, whatever suits you.

Depression is serious, make sure you take a moment when you notice a friend or family members personality doesn’t seem normal for them. Ask ‘are you ok’ and then listen. Offer to help them get help.
