She thought she would get away with it - BUT a massive Thankyou to Lisa Robinson. Without Lisa none of us would be a volunteer to this club… it simply wouldn’t exist!! Every member is indebted to you for creating an inclusive environment where we all feel welcomed and safe. Every member does not take this club for granted - we all know how special this club is. Words will never truly express our gratitude. ❤️❤️❤️🐎🐎🐎

Meet Lisa our club president, a trail boss and a regular club rider. Thank you Lisa Robinson

Who was your first horse and how old were you? Misty blue, I was 13

What was your favourite moment/memory: It has to be a weekend away beach riding and bush bashing at Berry with a few friends, it was definitely memorable 😂

Mares or geldings: Geldings make your life a bit easier but I don’t mind the “personality” of a mare as well.

Can you spoil a horse too much: I think you can spoil them as long as they remember they have to have manners.

An absolutely amazing weekend of learning how to run safe trail rides with ATHRA. A huge thank you to everyone who gave up their weekend to attend. A big thanks to our trainer Jenny. The weekend started with a Friday evening sneaky ride! Sat we engaged in round-table discussions, dinner at the pub and a warm campfire to round out the evening. Sunday with more learning, and mock trail-ride. New friends made and phone numbers exchanged!

Meet Garrett, the non horsey husband that finds himself not only roped into being on the committee but also helping out (as long as he doesn’t have to touch a horse). He’s been on the committee since our club opened. Thank you Garrett Robinson
