Participant Spotlight – Peter's Passion for Harley Motorcycles! 🏍️

At Support Solutions Australia, we believe that meaningful support is about helping people pursue the things that bring them joy, purpose, and connection.

Peter has always had a passion for motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidsons. With the support of our dedicated team member, Stephen, he recently had the opportunity to visit and explore a range of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, turning one of his greatest passions into a meaningful community experience.Seeing Peter so engaged, excited, and genuinely enjoying the experience was incredibly rewarding. He told us he absolutely loved the day, and moments like these remind us how important it is to support people in achieving their individual goals and embracing the activities that matter most to them.
Every participant's journey is unique, and we're proud to provide person-centred supports that empower people to explore their interests, build confidence, and stay connected with their community.

Senior Thrive Academy students recently participated in an informative and engaging session with Support Solutions at Boolaroo, where they gained valuable insight into the services and supports available within their local community.
Students were warmly welcomed by Irene (Operations Manager) and Brady (Café Manager), who outlined the services offered by Support Solutions and responded to any questions students had throughout the session. After the session, students dined in the Cup of Kindness Café, providing them with an opportunity to see and experience a supported employment setting firsthand.
We would like to thank Support Solutions for the opportunity to connect and for their generous hospitality.

Some of you may remember Simone's earlier post about swimming laps throughout March to raise money for the youth mental health service, ReachOut. Her original goal was to swim 20km but managed to push on to 27km! That's 1080 laps of a 25m pool! Out of 9,500 participants Simone managed to come in at #586 on the leaderboard for laps, and raised $600 for the cause thanks to some beautiful people who got behind her and sponsored Simone for the challenge. Massive thank you to Irene Pearce, Jodi Thornton and Support Solutions Australia for being among them ❤️
