Meet Henry 🐴

We first met Henry back in 2021, and he’s been part of the Bluewater Brumbies family ever since. He’s a gentle soul, well known for making friends in the paddock, and now he’s on the lookout for a special human of his own. Bonus points if that human comes with a horsey companion for him to bond with!

Henry was previously adopted, but unfortunately, through no fault of his own, his owner has decided he no longer fits into their plans going forward. We’ve welcomed him back into our care and are committed to finding him the loving home he deserves.

We’ve also recently been notified that we need to vacate Henry’s current paddock by the end of this month, so we’re urgently seeking a new home for him. If you have some space, a bit of hay to spare, and a lot of love to give, we would be so grateful to have a safe place for Henry to land.

Our Merlin 🧙‍♂️

What handling this fella is like😂

Me: hi Merlin, can u walk forward and give to pressure

Merlin: best I can do is move my front feet

Me: I mean it was forward movement so I’ll reward it but could we try just a little bit further

Merlin: I’m about to fall over human I cannot stretch out any further with my front legs

Some can. Some can’t. This little fella is too cute tho, no nasties in him just a snorty little boy 😍 he has been successfully gelded and is all healed up. Ready to be sold and on to the next step of his journey.

He is a 4yo Bay roan Bluewater brumby gelding. Will be lightly handled and floating prior to sale. Keep your eye on the Bluewater brumby page for his ad!

These guys are really chewing through the hay now. Hope to see the mares, in particular, start filling out a bit before too long.
