🎶 THANK YOU FOR THE MUSIC! 🎶

What an incredible two weeks it has been with the ABBA Girls touring across the Western Touring Circuit!

From Roma → Charleville → Cunnamulla → Thargomindah → Windorah → Quilpie → Hughenden → Winton → Longreach → Barcaldine, and finally finishing with one big party in Blackall — what a journey!

Across the tour, more than 1,200 people of all ages came along to dance, sing, laugh and enjoy the timeless music of ABBA. From little ones dancing in the aisles to those who grew up with these songs, it was wonderful to see generations coming together and enjoying the magic of live music in our Western Queensland communities. ❤️

And what better way to finish than with a very special surprise…

The WTC Coordinator, Alison Shaw, was presented with a beautiful bunch of flowers as a thank you for all the work behind the scenes helping make this tour happen.

Thank you for the music, ABBA Girls — and thank you, Western Queensland, for an unforgettable two weeks! 🎤🪩

🌿 Changes afoot at Red Ridge! 🌿

We’re excited to welcome a new team to Red Ridge, with some fresh faces and plenty of familiar ones helping keep the doors open and the creative spirit alive! ❤️

Please join us in welcoming Kendra Markwell as our new Manager. Kendra will be working 2.5 days a week, with the Shamrock Street Gallery & Store open Mondays and Tuesdays.

You’ll also find Matt Young in store on Thursdays and Fridays, so there’ll be plenty of opportunity to pop in, say hello and check out what’s new.

A huge thank you must also go to Vera, who has done an absolutely amazing job renovating the shop and giving the space a beautiful new lease on life. We’re so grateful for all the time, care and creativity she has poured into Red Ridge. 💕

We’re looking forward to this next chapter and can’t wait to welcome you through the doors!

We’re thrilled to share that next year, in May, Where is the Green Sheep? will be making its way on a slow tour through the Western Queensland touring circuit! 🌵✨

Get ready for a beautiful theatre experience for little ones and their grown-ups, with performances AND workshops along the way. 🎭🧑‍🎨🐑

We can’t wait to welcome Monkey Baa to Western Queensland and share this wonderful production with our communities!
