Tìr Dhè Farm Tir Dhe means Land of God. We are a small family farm with a passion to farm Scottish Highland Cattle. We also farm with Australian white sheep.

They are a smaller breed of cattle and have a great temperament to deal with.

Archie is such a friendly and wonderful bull, he will eat out of your hand and you can brush him in the paddock. During our Parasite injections that we do every 4 weeks he had a bush tick in his eye attached to his eyelid and he let us remove the tick whilst he was in the crush… it’s like he knew that we were trying to help.

Farm antics… when you wake up in the morning and find the youngest bull calf, Teddy has a box on his head causing the other cattle to run away from him which startles him causing him to continues to run out of fear that something is chasing him. The other cattle must have heard and smelt him and walk over to him booping him like they are saying sorry then only minutes later repeating the process! All before a cup of coffee!
