Feel free to send me a message or reach out to your local club. Service Above Self 🌏 As a proud Berwick local I vow to always put our community first. Berwick and our surrounding suburbs have witnessed huge change over the decades, as the region around them became one of the fastest growing in Australia. Casey is predicted to add nearly 150,000 more residents by 2041, and it is my priority to enha
nce our city’s great liveability now and well into the future. Over the years, I've dedicated my time to volunteering with groups like Sikh Volunteers Australia and the Mental Health Foundation Australia, among others. I will continue to bring this energy to the role as councillor. I believe our council must prioritise supporting our community, ensuring that we maintain and develop places that are clean, safe, well-planned, vibrant, accessible and attractive. Places where people want to live and work. I've been listening to locals and businesses across Casey and the message is clear: the rising cost-of-living is hitting our community hard. Under ever increasing costs for groceries, fuel, insurance and energy, giving the community certainty around their rates will be welcomed. I am committed to fiscal responsibility and will make it my top priority as your Councillor to effeciently deliver the services and infrastructure for Casey without the BS. Council is funded by the people - I will strive to serve you with integrity. Casey deserves high-quality roads and public assets, but it also needs preserved and well-maintained green spaces. The value of accessible open-spaces has never been more important and I strongly believe that it should be a priority of council to be identifying locations which can be re-naturalised and preserved for future generations to enjoy. A sustainable environment is crucial for the health and prosperity of our community. I am ready to continue the efforts of the City of Casey across protecting our natural assets, while reducing waste and pollution. A focus on better planning and sequencing of projects across the city, leading to less disruption on the daily commute to work, school or the shops.
