Bendigo Car Club Members please note, the Khanacross planned for 8th November will still be running as a Khanacross. There was a possibility that the cancelled Rallysprint may have been able to run on this date, but unfortunately due to a number of events running this month including the HRA Rallysprint at Bagshot, there will be limited time available to prepare the long track. The decision has been made to continue with the Khanacross as originally planned. Supplementary regulations will be available very soon. There are plans to run some more Rallysprints in 2027, the event calendar will be released in the next few weeks

If any members or followers are free for either Saturday 17th or Sunday 18th of October for the mount Tarrengower Historic Hill climb to help us run this great event please get in touch with Chris Gill-Symons on 0498 613 342 or message our FB page. We are still short on officials for the weekend. Lunch and drinks will be provided on both days. Your help will be hugely appreciated.

VicRoads Club Permit Scheme - the Bendigo Car Club continues to issue and renew VicRoads CPS permits. To maintain your vehicle on the scheme you must attend at least 2 club meetings during the year and participate in at least 2 club activities, such as competing or officialling at an event. With the Mount Tarrengower Hillclimb in two weeks time, the club is desperate for officials to help out. This is your chance to help the club that helps you. By officialling you get free entry to the event and you will also have your lunch supplied on the days you help out. You don't have to be a qualified official and you can bring your friends along too to help out. There are still points on the hill needing officials, this will give you a great behind the scenes view of what goes on while you can watch all the action. There are some great cars competing in a quality, filled to capacity field of cars and motorbikes. If you can help out contact Chris Gill Symons or Chris Hume, or simply message this page. We hope to see you there as we will mark off club permit holders who help out, so they are known at the time of their next renewal

It is with great disappointment that the Bendigo Car Club announce the cancellation of the Rallysprint scheduled for this Sunday, October 4th. A track inspection this morning has shown sections of the track under water, with other parts deeply scoured by the overnight rain. With more rain forecast today, tonight and on Saturday, the track will not have time to drain or dry out before the event. This has not been an easy decision to make, but with some entrants travelling from all over Victoria and some from interstate, it was decided to allow plenty of notice. With a khanacross scheduled as the next event on November 8th at Bagshot, we may be able to schedule the Rallysprint for this date instead - stay tuned

Entries for this years Australian Motorkhana Championship at the Huntly Livestock exchange are now open, entries are available on the Motorsport Australia portal, we are also accepting email entries via email.

Entry list for the Bagshot rallysprint, still 5 places left till a capacity field. There is a good selection of Aus XKarts, some Sunraysia Safari cars, Rally cars and club cars. A great selection of cars and crews, it’s set be fantastic spectating, so tell your friends and family and share the post around. Action starts from 10am, Sunday the 4th of October, hope to see you all there.

As we left the track yesterday arvo, it was too perfect not to take one more photo. With a week to go, the track set up will be great. Our Bendigo Car Club monthly meeting is on next Thursday 1st of October at the Maiden Gully clubrooms starting at 7:30pm, for anyone looking to join our club or see what we are all about, you are more than welcome to come along.
