Belgrave Police in conjunction with Belgrave CFA will be hosting a Safe Plate day on Sunday 31st August 2025 between 11:00AM and 2:00PM.

Location: Belgrave CFA - Bayview Rd, Belgrave.

The CFA will be hosting a fundraiser BBQ while the Police assist you with changing your number screws over to anti-theft screws.

- Offenders use stolen plates to avoid identification when committing serious offences such as petrol theft, drug trafficking and burglary.

- Help prevent offences and avoid the inconvenience and cost of replacing your number plates by securing your plates with one-way, anti-theft
screws.

This ring was handed into Belgrave Police recently after being found in the main strip of shops on Burwood Highway. If you are the owner or know who the owner is, please contact the station on 9754 6677. Proof of ownership will be required. Ref #202411-E-1165.
