What this E D loves about parkrun is the Inclusiveness of it .theres the going for there best people ,theres the jump shot people ,theres the finishing your alaphabet people ,theres the stayers going for high numbers of Parkrun s, theres the marathon runners who enjoy just doing 5ks ,and theres super Dads who encourage their children every step of the way ,and my favourite the volunteers ,which ever one you identify with give yourself a pat on the back ,you are what makes parkrun special
