Founded in 1971, it has always been our aim to share and to encourage people from the Tweed Heads, Banora area interested in the arts.

Update on our Pink Ribbon morning tea held on Thursday 30 October, 2025.
We raised $1,166.00.
Thank you to all who attended and to those groups and individuals who made generous donations.
We are thrilled with this achievement.
Well done everyone.

PINK RIBBON MORNING TEA

And the winner is Gayle Greber!
Maureen James and Kerrie Lyon, (pictured) from In Stitches, worked for several months to finish this quilt. Mal Anderson did the quilting and binding of the quilt.
It was originally started by Jennifer Hind, a member of In Stitches.
In Stitches donated the quilt in memory of Jennifer who died from breast cancer several years ago.
As all the pledges have not yet been received, we can't give a final figure for the fund raising but we have already exceeded $1,000. Many thanks to those who attended the morning tea and those groups who donated to this worthy cause.
