Recently Producer Jen was successful in securing funding from the amazing Palais Theatre through their Community Fund to purchase body mics and a mixer for our performers to use with our sound equipment, to amplify and protect their voices as they present our work in schools and at events.

This funding was invaluable for our company to be able to perform for large groups of children in our current schools tour, and at great events such as at Dream Day for Zoos Victoria last weekend.

We are so VERY grateful to Palais Theatre for providing this funding and supporting local arts organisations to present our work for the community and support our artists.

Thank you also to our presenting partners including the Zoo last weekend, and Regional Arts Victoria who are currently touring "Trash with a Porpoise" into regional schools through their fabulous education program.

Lastly, thank you to our Technical Manager Tim for his expertise in acquiring, setting up, and training our team in using this wonderful new equipment.

Do you live in the Wyndham City area?

We are thrilled to be returning to Wyndham City for more free trash puppet making workshops at the Dianella Community Centre in Tarneit on Tuesday, 8th April.

Our workshops are part of Wyndham’s Green Living Series which happens annually with a wide range of sustainable living workshops and events, aimed at building skills and providing tips to live a little greener.

The series includes a mixture of community and council run events with a range of exciting workshops, field days and events hosted by passionate and knowledgeable presenters or community members.

There are only 2 trash puppet making sessions, and numbers are limited, so click the link below for more details and to book.

Thanks to Council's wonderful Waste and Litter Education team for inviting us back, after our sessions were fully booked out last time.
