Looking for a gentle way to stay active and meet some lovely people?
Join Golden Flow Tai Chi – we’re a warm community of retired and semi-retired friends who practice Tai Chi every morning (Monday–Sunday) in local parks or halls.
Slow, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and a free cuppa & chat afterwards – it’s the perfect mix of gentle exercise and good company.
No experience needed – we teach step-by-step, go at your pace, and everyone’s welcome. First three classes are completely free for newcomers!
