We are delighted to have the St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney Homelessness Health Care van visiting the Cathedral every Tuesday morning from 7-9am, in time to serve rough sleepers in and around George Street and the CBD and then to catch those arriving to attend our own Street T breakfast for those on the margins, that runs until 10:30am.

Big thanks to our Community Chaplain, the Rev. Rob Elder for leading this ministry, and also to Anglicare Sydney who who encourage so many community chaplains just like him.

Please, please!

Do not use our Blessing Box as a dumping ground for your dirty household waste and clutter 😔

We just cleaned out 2 loads of "stuff" today, including a load of old mouldy and decomposing shoes which created a lot of sticky mess, and then someone soon after dumped a lot of old cosmetics etc.

The Blessing Box is meant to be for FOOD and SANITARY ITEMS that are UNOPENED and within Expiry or best before, therefore it needs to be kept as clean as possible.

PLEASE respect this service to the community (which is you!) ❤️🙏
