Our amazing volunteers are the heart of the event - keeping runners safe, providing refreshments, managing bag transfers, and helping protect the stunning Great Ocean Road.

It’s that time of year again- the Great Ocean Road Running Festival is just around the corner (May 16-17). This event is an exciting and hugely important weekend for our community. Each year, over 250 locals volunteer and make this event possible. These volunteers raise upwards of $25000 across the weekend which the Apollo Bay & District Health Foundation puts directly back into the community to support a range of fantastic local groups. If you are able to volunteer, the two best ways to sign up are:

- Stop by the Apollo Bay P12 College main office and put your name down on the hard copy volunteer roster.
