This National Volunteer Week, Shorehaven Primary School P&C proudly recognises the amazing volunteers who help make our school community stronger every day.

From classroom support and fundraising to events and community connection, your time and generosity create a lasting impact for our students and families.

This year’s National Volunteer Week theme, “Your Year to Volunteer,” celebrates the important role volunteers play in building stronger and more connected communities across Western Australia.

This celebration was proudly supported through National Volunteer Week grant funding provided by Volunteering WA and Lotterywest.

Celebrating the heart of our Shorehaven community during National Volunteer Week 2026 💙

A huge thank you to every volunteer, parent, carer, family member and community supporter who generously gives their time to help make Shorehaven Primary School Parents & Citizens Association such a vibrant and connected school community.

We would also like to sincerely thank Volunteering WA and Lotterywest for their generous support through the National Volunteer Week Grant Program, helping us recognise and celebrate the incredible contribution of volunteers under this year’s theme, “Your Year to Volunteer.”

Special thanks to Mr. David Hall, Principal of Shorehaven Primary School, for his ongoing support of the Shorehaven Primary School P&C and the wider school community.

We have seen many volunteers be involved in the last 5 years of Shorehaven P&C and we would like to thank each and everyone who has helped at an event or behind the scenes with admin work, running meetings, counting money or just donated whether goods, time or money.

Hi Community,
As this is National Volunteer Week, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank all those volunteers who have helped Shorehaven PS in any way. In particular, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of our P&C. For such a small, dedicated group of volunteers, they have given so much of their time to ensure that our students get the very best. Fundraising for playgrounds, holding discos, attending stalls just doesn’t happen without them. So, a big SHOUT out in appreciation for their efforts. THANKS TEAM!
