Dear friends,

This weekend, Prima Nota will be taking part in two major events.
On 22 November, starting at 10:00 AM, we will be marching in the Norwood Christmas Pageant along The Parade.
On 23 November, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, you can find us at the Multicultural Festival on Victoria Square.

Due to the team’s workload and preparations for these events, the Volkhaus Game Night scheduled for Saturday will be cancelled.

We warmly invite you to join us at the pageant and the festival, support our participants, and share this vibrant weekend with us.

Full house, sharp minds, good humour — exactly how a Saturday evening should feel.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Plant 3 Bowden — Russian-speaking and otherwise — for another round of laughter, suspicion, and brilliant improvisation.

We’ll see you again in two weeks — Saturday, November 22, 6 – 9 PM, Plant 3 Bowden.

Meet Anastasia 🌸

At 17, Anastasia arrived in Australia on her own- a brave new start in a new country. She finished high school, earned two university degrees, and built a career in HR and sommelier arts.

But that’s not all! Anastasia believes in living life to the fullest. She calls herself a traveller, baker, sales professional, doctor, technician, and athlete- all at once! 🌍🥖💪

“I believe there’s nothing impossible for a woman: the main thing is to want it and believe in your own strength. Life is fleeting, which makes it so precious and beautiful. That’s why I try to take everything from life - to be everything, all at once.”

✨ Anastasia is an active part of Prima Nota’s community- from our Mafia Nights to our Multicultural Festival team. Her energy, kindness, and joy for life inspire everyone around her. ❤️

Please note our AGM venue has changed — thanks to member feedback and our cultural ambassadors’ input, we’ve moved to a more accessible and free location at Felixstow Reserve.

We’ll share program highlights, plans for 2026, and ratify committee decisions. After the formal part, stay for food, music, and entertainment! 🎶🥟✨
👉 Bring a plate of food to share, and if you like, a folding chair or picnic blanket. Friends and family welcome!
