A huge thank you to the incredibly talented Daniel Hylands for capturing yesterday’s event so beautifully.

Dan, you didn’t just take photos; you truly encapsulated the heart of the day. From the quiet moments of kindness, to the smiles, the teamwork, and the sense of community… you captured it all so perfectly.

These photos tell a story. They highlight the compassion, generosity and love that filled the space, and they allow us to relive such a meaningful day.

I’m so grateful for the time, care and talent you put into documenting this event. You did an amazing job and we’re so lucky to have had you there.

Angels Wanted! We're putting the finishing touches on our Easter Sunday feast for our friends in need, and there are still a few key items we need to make it a reality. Can you help?
Here's what's still left on our list:
• Fresh Food: Hams, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Fruit Salad, Cooked Turkey. (We're fully stocked on potato bake, lasagne, fruit, and fried rice!)
• Desserts: Pavlova! We have all the other sweet treats covered.
• Shelf Staples: Soft drink cans, Coffee, Tea & Sugar. (Long life milk and juice are already sorted!)
• Sauces & Spices: Salt & Pepper, Tomato, BBQ, Chilli.
• Tabletop: Cups & Cutlery, Disposable Plates. (Bon bons are already on the table!)

Headline: 🐣 Help us share the love this Easter Sunday!

We are so excited to announce the 31st Annual Easter Dinner for the Australia Angels for the Homeless. This is a special tradition in Adelaide, and after a little bit of a late start with the planning, we are officially a GO!

We are looking for some legendary volunteers to help us make this happen. Whether you can help set up, serve, or just bring some holiday cheer, we would love to have you.

📍 Where: The Pilgrim (12 Flinders St, Adelaide)
📅 When: Easter Sunday, 5th of April 2026
⏰ Volunteer Shift: Arrive at 3:30 PM for setup (Serving starts at 4:15 PM)

🌸Easter Dinner for the Homeless – Australia Angels 🌸

We’re gearing up for our 19th consecutive Easter Dinner for Adelaide’s homeless community! Over the years, we’ve fed 140–320 people per event, and this year we’re hoping to make it just as special.

The event is just over a week away on Easter Sunday, and while this post is a little later than we would have liked, we’re counting on the incredible support of our community to help make it a success.

How you can help:
Check out our donation poster for the drop-off points and items needed. Every contribution, big or small, helps ensure that marginalised members of our community have a warm, nourishing meal this Easter.

Please share this post far and wide the more exposure, the more items we can tick off the list, and the bigger the impact we can make together.

Let’s come together and show the people experiencing homelessness in Adelaide that they are seen, supported, and valued.

Hey Beautiful People,

For those who don’t know what this post is about; since 2007 Australia Angels has been facilitating events on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday to feed the homeless patrons of Adelaide. Even through COVID we still managed to continue to provide food and beverages even though it wasn’t the conventional event we ensured that the homeless still were catered for during those challenging times.

This is a non-profit organisation that is full of volunteers with generosity and exceptional willingness to pay it forward. This year will mark our 17th year conducting the annual Christmas dinner.

We hope you can all help us in our mission to successfully feed the hearts and souls of this marginalised group. Please share this post to assist in optimising the exposure for donations, assistance and support.

We also want to thank you for your support over the last 17 years and hope this festive season is kind to you and your family.

The donation list has been structured in a new way to assist those donating with what our highest priority is. 1st is our most needed perishables for the event followed by 2nd and 3rd. We cater for 140 patrons. Although the number of attendees does mostly exceed this number.
