Throughout the day, participants explored the many strengths that make us who we are, not just our individual strengths, but also the cultural, intergenerational and inherited strengths that have been passed down through our families, communities and Ancestors.
We reflected on how these strengths continue to shape our identity, influence our values, and support us through life’s challenges.

Participants then brought these reflections together through our Story Mapping- artwork activity.
Each piece of the story map represents a personal journey, highlighting the people, experiences, culture and strengths that have helped shape who we are today.

It was a privilege to witness the honesty, reflection and creativity shared throughout the day. The connection was strong on this day💪 and we all agreed we need to sit in yarning circles more often with our young one’s.

A big thank you to for providing such a welcoming space for us to connect, learn and create together.

Ceduna here we come! 🚀

The “Identity, Strengths & Values” 1- day leadership workshop is an engaging and reflective experience designed to help participants gain a deeper understanding of who they are and what shapes their unique identity.

Throughout the workshop, we explore the many factors that contribute to our sense of self, including our personal experiences, cultural heritage and strengths, family influences, interests, and life journey.

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on the strengths they already possess, identify their skills and abilities, and recognise the qualities that help them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.

We will also spend time exploring personal values, those core beliefs and principles that guide our decisions, relationships, and direction in life. Using the PERMA Wellbeing Framework alongside a range of therapeutic and strengths-based activities.

The day concludes with a creative and powerful Story Mapping Art Activity, where participants can visually represent their journey, experiences, strengths, and aspirations.
This hands on activity provides a unique opportunity for self expression, reflection, and connection, and is often a highlight of the workshop.

This is by far one of my favourite workshops to deliver, and I can’t wait to bring this to the place I call home ❤️

If you or someone you know might want to join on us the day, please feel free to give me a call on 0460 310 271 and register with me on the day. Hope to see you there!

So grateful to have recently facilitated our “Creating Your Vision” workshop at Workskil Australia in Noarlunga. ✨

It was such a powerful space filled with reflection, creativity, connection and courage as the women explored their values, the Wheel of Life, and the unconscious mind, gaining deeper insight into themselves, their goals and the vision they hold for their future.

I love creating spaces where women feel empowered to dream again, back themselves and recognise the strength they already carry within. Watching everyone bring their ideas to life through creating our vision boards was incredibly special.

Thank you to everyone who showed up so openly and authentically. 💛

We had an amazing time last week delivering the “Strength, Vision, Legacy” 1-day leadership workshop for young First Nations women.
This was truly a day to remember 🥰

We unpacked our values and our strengths, and took a deeper dive into strengths, abilities, and gifts handed down to us by our elders.

The “Tree of Life” 🌳 art activity set in as a visual representation of how our core values, strengths, and our support systems are imperative to individual and communal wellbeing.

This was an immersive day of getting to know each other and reflect, as well as come to discover the positive impacts we have on the people around us.

Along with some empowering drumming sessions to amp up the energy! 🪘 🔥

Thank you for hosting us and for all your support , , , and for supporting young mums with the crèche facility. We are so grateful for the support and collaborative approach to be able to deliver these experiences to our community.

Join us for a 1 day leadership workshop presented to you by the YWCA's First Nations Women's Leadership Program SA.

This empowering workshop is designed for young Aboriginal women to connect, reflect, and grow in a safe and supportive space.
Grounded in culture and community, the day celebrates the Strength, Vision, & Legacy of the leadership that Aboriginal women have always carried.

Through yarning, empowering drum circles, and the Tree of Life activity, we’ll explore personal stories, strengths, and the values that guide who you are and how you lead.
This workshop is about recognising the leader you already are and walking proudly in your identity.

The day includes fully catered meals and refreshments, creche support for mums with young bubs, and plenty of time to connect, yarn, and build strong relationships.

Leave feeling inspired, grounded, and empowered with clearer values, stronger confidence, and a network of deadly women alongside you.
