Through MIGHTY YOU EU, we focus on helping young people recognise harmful narratives, question what they see, and create digital spaces where diversity is not attacked, but valued.

The internet reflects what we put into it.

We’re happy to share that Youth Power Austria has joined the I-STEP Network! 🌍

I-STEP is an international network of organisations working on education, social inclusion, employability and participation.
The network turns cooperation between members into practical methods, toolkits and training that organisations can use straight away.

For us, joining I-STEP means new opportunities to connect, exchange experiences, learn from others and develop meaningful projects together.

We are thrilled to announce our newest Erasmus+ project!
Green Future: Developing Young People’s Green Competences Based on the GreenComp Framework

Together with our partners, we will empower youth workers to integrate environmental sustainability into youth work through the European GreenComp Framework, equipping them with innovative methods and practical tools to inspire young people towards a greener future.

Over the coming months, we will:
• Strengthen youth workers’ competences in applying the GreenComp Framework.
• Develop innovative non-formal education methods that promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Empower young people to become active contributors to the green transition in their communities.
• Create a practical GreenComp Youth Work Toolkit with tested activities, guidelines, and recommendations for youth organisations across Europe.

Update from our online partner meeting!

Our MIGHTY YOU EU partners came together in May for our latest project meeting!

We reviewed research findings from across all 5 partner countries and mapped out the next steps toward developing our Digital Inclusion Toolkit for youth educators.

In our latest article, we explore how xenophobia spreads online, how it affects young people’s participation and sense of belonging, and why strengthening digital resilience is crucial today.

MIGHTY YOU EU – Partner Meeting Update

Today, we held our online partner meeting for the MIGHTY YOU EU project, bringing together partners to review progress and coordinate the next implementation steps.

During the meeting, we discussed updates from the previous period, reviewed the status of Work Package 2 (CLM), agreed on upcoming actions and deadlines, and updated the project risk register to ensure smooth and timely delivery of activities.

These regular coordination meetings help keep the partnership aligned, strengthen communication, and ensure the project continues progressing effectively toward its goals in supporting youth and tackling online challenges.

MIGHTY YOU EU – Partner Meeting Update

Today, we held an online partner meeting with project teams from Ireland, Germany, Austria, Croatia, and Spain as part of the MIGHTY YOU EU project.

We aligned on the WP2 Methodological Guidelines, establishing a shared approach to research, data collection, and the identification of good practices that will inform the Digital Inclusion Toolkit.

This marks an important step in ensuring our work on online xenophobia and digital inclusion remains coordinated, evidence-based, and firmly grounded in real youth work practice.

MIGHTY YOU EU – Partner Meeting Update

Today we held an online partner meeting with teams from Ireland 🇮🇪, Germany 🇩🇪, Austria 🇦🇹, Croatia 🇭🇷 and Spain 🇪🇸 as part of the MIGHTY YOU EU project.

Key points discussed:

▪️ Approval of minutes and brief technical updates
▪️ Updated age demographic for the project
▪️ Partner agreement status
▪️ WP1 progress – handbook development, footprint strategy, quality & evaluation, and financial/operational monitoring
▪️ Recommendations received from the funders
▪️ Planning the date and tasks for the next meeting

We continue working together on tools and activities that will support young people and youth workers in creating safer and more inclusive online spaces.
