A simple meal can mean so much to someone who hasn’t had one all day.

More than a hundred individuals in Bacolod City received hot meals, groceries, and drinking water through a community outreach made possible by the generosity of Mrs. Tinnefeld from Germany.

What makes this even more special is that these funds did not come from a large organization or grant. Mrs. Tinnefeld personally bakes and cooks food to sell, raising funds little by little to support people and animals in need.

We would also like to thank everyone who purchased her baked goods and meals. Every purchase helped make this outreach possible. Because of your support, more than a hundred people received food, groceries, and clean drinking water.

Your kindness traveled all the way from Germany to Bacolod, Philippines and touched many lives.

Together, we were able to share not just meals, but also hope, compassion, and the reminder that no act of kindness is ever too small.

From all of us at Bach Institut and BACH Project PH, thank you, Mrs. Tinnefeld, and thank you to everyone who supported her fundraising efforts.

We didn’t really want to post this.

Most people know BACH Project PH for its animal welfare and rescue efforts. What many may not know is that BACH Project PH and Bach Institut were founded by the same people and are guided by the same belief: compassion should never have limits.

While BACH Project PH continues its mission for animals, Bach Institut also supports community initiatives that help people whenever and wherever we can.

These photos are a small glimpse of that. Sharing meals, groceries, water, and basic necessities with individuals and families in Bacolod and nearby communities.

We rarely post moments like these because helping others has never been about recognition. But we wanted to share this as a reminder that kindness can take many forms.

For us, it’s never been a choice between helping animals or helping people.

It’s about helping where help is needed.

PS: If you advocate for animal welfare, remember that compassion can extend to humans too. The same kindness we show animals can be shared with people facing difficult circumstances. A truly compassionate community cares for both.

A few notebooks, pencils, crayons, and school supplies may seem simple, but to a child, they can mean a brighter start to the school year.

As we kicked off Brigada Eskwela 2026 last June 1, we also launched our Bach To School initiative by sharing school supplies with the learners of Balicotoc Elementary School.

Seeing their smiles and excitement reminded us that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference.

Thank you to Mrs. Tinnefeld and to the teachers and school staff of Balicotoc Elementary School who supported this project and helped make it possible. This is just the beginning, and we hope to reach more children and schools in the future.

As another school year begins, we want to share a little kindness and support with students who need it most.

We are currently looking for schools in Bacolod City, Philippines and nearby cities/municipalities with underprivileged, less privileged, or below-poverty-level students/pupils who may benefit from basic school supplies and educational assistance.

Through our Bach To School initiative, we hope to send a small helping hand through donations such as:
🎒 School supplies
📖 Notebooks and learning materials
✏️ Pencils, pens, crayons, and other essentials
