Sektion Klagenfurt des Erasmus Student Network. ESN Klagenfurt supports international students in their social, cultural, and academic integration.

We coordinate events that promote intercultural exchange, multilingualism, and equal opportunities for incoming students. Our team provides guidance on academic matters, helps incoming students navigate administrative challenges such as residence permits or university procedures, and supports participants of various mobility programs (Eramus, Erasmus+, Joint Study, CEEPUS) before and during their exchange.

Due to decisions beyond our control, we are heartbroken to share that all our planned events for this semester are cancelled until further notice.

As a group of volunteers, we have invested our free time and put a lot of love and passion into organising every single event dedicated to the international student community in Klagenfurt. ESN has always stood for connection, community and creating a sense of home far from home and we will make sure that this spirit is not lost.

Although this pause is difficult, our story is far from over. We will be back sooner than later!
