The World Agriculture Forum (WAF) – Angola Council and Roberto Save Dreams Foundation are proud to announce a strategic collaboration under the Integrated Climate, Energy & Human Livelihood Platform (ICEHLP), a transformational blended-finance rural infrastructure initiative being developed across the Chavuma District of Zambia and the Angola cross-border corridor.

ICEHLP is designed to advance sustainable rural development through integrated projects focused on climate resilience, renewable energy, agriculture, water access, rural infrastructure, and human livelihood empowerment. Success is not built in one day, and destiny is not decided by today’s situation. Never judge yourself by the struggles you face right now, because life can change in ways no one expects. Today may look difficult, doors may seem closed, opportunities may feel far away, and people may underestimate your journey but tomorrow carries possibilities that no human being can predict.

Many successful people once walked through seasons of pain, rejection, disappointment, and uncertainty. Some were ignored, some failed many times, and others almost gave up completely. Yet life surprised them with breakthrough, favor, promotion, achievement, and restoration at the right moment. Your current condition is not your final destination.

Keep believing in your vision even when progress feels slow. Keep working hard even when nobody notices your effort. Keep praying, learning, building, and moving forward with faith. At the moment, I am working within certain limitations and I am currently only able to actively support those who also show engagement and support for my work. Different organisations I collaborate with have their own policies and operational guidelines.

I am proudly connected to both Angola and Zambia, and I continue working to strengthen collaboration between the two countries. I am currently working alongside the WAF Country Director for Zambia, Bishop Dr. Chisulo, to support impactful initiatives aimed at improving the lives of local farmers, cooperative groups, small businesses, and community development across both nations.

Our focus is on creating real, sustainable change that empowers communities and strengthens local economies.
