🌟 THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MISSION 🌟

Behind every successful project are passionate individuals driven by purpose, innovation, and the desire to make a difference. Through our new campaign, The People Behind the Mission, we invite you to meet the inspiring participants of the ELE_VET project, learn about their motivations, and discover the ideas that fuel their commitment to shaping the future of education.

Today, we are introducing Milena Asatryan.

For Milena, education should never remain confined to outdated approaches. As an educator, she is motivated by the belief that learning must be engaging, effective, and meaningful for every learner.

💬 “Participating in ELE_VET is an opportunity for me—not just to observe global practices, but to bring that experience home and integrate it into our reality to achieve tangible, real-world results.”

Milena sees ELE_VET as more than a professional development opportunity. The program equips her with new strategic tools and an international perspective that will help strengthen the impact of her work and contribute to lasting change.

💬 “For me, this is a platform to transform experience into systemic change. I am ready to initiate processes that adapt international best practices to our local challenges, so that we don’t just wait for change, but actively create it—for both my personal growth and the development of my institution.”

We are proud to have dedicated educators like Milena as part of our mission to innovate, collaborate, and transform vocational education.
