🌈 Շնորհավոր Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրը։
Հայաստանում քվիր երիտասարդները շարունակում են բախվել խտրականության, բացառման, խարանի և այնպիսի տարածքների պակասի, որտեղ կարող են անվտանգ ու ազատ արտահայտվել, կապեր ստեղծել և մասնակցել համայնքային կյանքին։

Որպես քվիր երիտասարդական կազմակերպություն՝ մենք հավատում ենք, որ երիտասարդական աշխատանքը կարևոր դեր ունի այս իրականությունը փոխելու գործում։ Արվեստի, մշակույթի, ոչ ֆորմալ կրթության և համայնքային գործունեության միջոցով մենք ստեղծում ենք ավելի անվտանգ և ներառական տարածքներ, որտեղ քուիր երիտասարդները կարող են հանդիպել, ստեղծագործել, սովորել, կապեր կառուցել և լսելի դարձնել իրենց ձայնը։

In Armenia, q***r youth continue to face discrimination, exclusion, stigma, and limited access to spaces where they can safely and openly express themselves, connect with others, and participate in community life.

As a q***r youth organisation, we believe youth work has an important role in changing this reality. Through arts, culture, non-formal education, and community-based activities, we work to create safer and more inclusive spaces where q***r young people can meet, create, learn, build connections, and have their voices heard.

💛🤍💜🖤 Սիրելի ոչ բինար հետևորդներ, շնորհավոր ձեր տեսանելիության շաբաթը:

Հուլիսի 13-ից 29-ը ը ոչ բինար մարդկանց տեսանելիության միջազգային շաբաթն է։

Այս շաբաթը նվիրված է ոչ բինար մարդկանց տեսանելիության բարձրացմանը, նրանց ինքնությունների ճանաչմանը և գենդերային բազմազանության մասին իրազեկվածության ընդլայնմանը։

«Ոչ բինար» եզրույթը վերաբերում է այն անձանց, որոնց գենդերային ինքնությունը ամբողջությամբ չի համապատասխանում միայն «կին» կամ միայն «տղամարդ» կատեգորիաներին։

Այս շաբաթը նաև առիթ է խոսելու գենդերային բազմազանության, հավասար իրավունքների և այնպիսի հասարակություն կառուցելու կարևորության մասին, որտեղ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ կարող է անվտանգ և ազատ արտահայտել իր ինքնությունը։

🎙️3 տարի առաջ մեր գործընկերների հետ համատեղ և նրանց ֆինանսական աջակցությամբ Քվիրլաբը մեկնարկեց իր շարունակական «(ան)տեսանելի պատմություններ» նախագիծը։
Դրա շրջանակում մենք հրապարակեցինք Հայաստանում ապրող և ստեղծագործող 7 քվիր անձանց պատմությունները՝ նրանց կյանքի ուղին, փորձառությունները, մարտահրավերներն ու ձեռքբերումները։

Նախագծի նպատակն էր լսելի և տեսանելի դարձնել հայաստանյան հասարակությունում ապրող 🌈 քվիր անձանց ձայներն ու պատմությունները։

Այս պատմությունները խոսում են ոչ միայն խտրականության, խարանի և այն բազմաթիվ դժվարությունների մասին, որոնց քվիր մարդիկ բախվում են իրենց կյանքի ընթացքում, այլև ազատագրման, սիրո, ինքնության ընդունման, երազանքների իրականացման և հաջողությունների մասին։ Դրանք հիշեցնում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր քվիր մարդու կյանքը լի է ոչ միայն պայքարով, այլև հույսով, ստեղծարարությամբ և հաղթանակներով։

Over the past 3 few months, we had the opportunity to bring together 51 LBTQ* participants from Yerevan and different regions of Armenia to learn, share experiences, connect with one another, and build safer, stronger communities.

Together, we explored topics such as legal protection mechanisms, electoral participation, digital security, physical safety, psychosocial resilience, and collective care through five interactive training sessions shaped by participants' needs and realities.

The journey was not only about gaining knowledge and practical skills, it was also about creating space for creativity, healing, and connection. One of the highlights was our therapeutic pottery workshop, where participants could slow down, express themselves, and spend meaningful time together.

As part of the project, we also produced four public podcasts amplifying important conversations on:

🌈✨ We are happy to have participated in the Q***r Youth and Allies: Building Inclusive Youth Work Training Course in Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹 from 8–12 June 2026.

🤝 The training brought together youth workers, educators, trainers, and project coordinators to explore ways of creating safer, more inclusive, and supportive environments for LGBTQI+ young people.

📚 Through non-formal learning, reflection, and exchange, we deepened our understanding of q***r lived experiences, strengthened our capacity to act as allies, and discovered new tools and approaches for inclusive youth work.

💬 We are grateful for the inspiring conversations, shared experiences, and new connections made throughout the week.

🙏 A big thank you to the Austrian National Agency for organizing this valuable learning experience, as well as to the facilitators, partner organisations, and all participants who contributed to making it such a meaningful journey.

🤝 The Summit reminded us that our movements grow stronger when we listen to one another, support one another, and organize together.
