Dr. Tigran Oganesyan, MD, MPH, is Harvard Certified on healthcare management and digital health. Mainly focused on healthcare innovation, education, AI integration, data-driven healthcare systems, and capacity building. He is the founder of BIL Armenia and Vice-President for Youth and Digitalization at the Armenian Medical Association. He is actively supporting the healthcare system's digital transformation in Armenia as Product Owner at ISAA.

We are excited to announce the first speaker of our upcoming SciTalks session:
🎙️ Speaker 1: Prof. Georgi Chaltikyan, MD, PhD

📌 Topic: “AI for Health and Digital Precision”

Prof. Georgi Chaltikyan is a medicine and healthcare professional trained as a general and laparoscopic surgeon, with more than 25 years of experience in clinical practice, medical and healthcare education and research, and healthcare project management. He is a recognized expert, educator, and researcher in Digital Health, International and Global Health, and Healthcare Information Management.

He is a Professor, Head of the Master of Digital Health (MDH) and the WHO Collaborating Center on Digital Health Education at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology. Prof. Chaltikyan is also an Honorary Professor and Head of the Digital Health Center (CDH) and Head of the Masters of Digital Health (MDH).
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Armenian Association of Digital Health (AADH).

Meet Our Workshop Speaker – Dr. Elen Baloyan

How does a research idea become a published scientific contribution?

Workshop Topic:
Introduction to Medical Research and the Basics of Scientific Publication

🤩Dr. Elen Baloyan is a medical oncologist at the Yeolyan Hematology and Oncology Center and D’Clinic, as well as a Clinical Research Physician at the Immune Oncology Research Institute. She currently serves as the Managing Editor of OncoDaily and Editor-in-Chief of OncoDaily Magazine.📖🔍

Her work focuses on immunotherapy, lung cancer, global oncology, and improving access to care in resource-limited settings. Dr. Baloyan is also the first person from Armenia to present original research orally at the ASCO Annual Meeting.
